Very disappointing experience, though appreciate the issue may have been more to do with the World of Zing rather than FodaBox. Placed an order for a Xmas present and was advised it’d be delivered 16-18 Dec. By 21 it hadn’t arrived so I chased it up to be told it hadn’t been dispatched. Fully understand these issues happen, but despite my request to post it out on next day delivery, there was no willingness to do anything at all to get it to me before Xmas day. I was just told next day deliveries aren’t reliable and the earliest they could get it to me would be January. Had to go elsewhere and accept a refund.
