Don’t buy from this company!!! I placed an order they didn’t send me a confirmation email THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAVENT HAD MY ORDER I’ve emailed numerous times and they NEVER REPLY

I placed an order, luckily I took a photo of the order number. They took my money from my bank account but no confirmation email. Emailed them twice as no other way of contacting them with no confirmation email and still not had either a reply or my order!!! Will be contacting my bank by the end of the day to report this if no reply I have now received an email from this company asking me to change my review now my issue has been addressed……it hasn’t been addressed!!! I still haven’t had any communication from this company to confirm my order!!

Only chose them because of “next day delivery” Ordered before the delivery cutoff, paid the extra fee. Was delivered FIVE days later. The birthday was well and truly passed. 🤷‍♂️

Ordered from here last Christmas. Gift didn’t arrive until the middle of January and every email I sent was ignored even the one requesting a refund. Horrendous service I would avoid like the plague if you are ordering a gift this year. Not surprised they have rebranded.

I bought this as part of my husband’s birthday present. Firstly I did not receive the loose leaf tea. Secondly it was quite misleading. You do not receive any vegan cream or jam. Very disappointed. I have even contacted customer service twice and I have not received one response. Awful service!

Uttlery disappointed on arrival of Expresso Martini Cocktail kit. It arrived in a battered brown cardbox with 5 minture bottles and folded sheet explaining how to make it. My partner order a simular kit which arrived in a nice presentation tin box.

VERY dissapointing ! I ordered “You’re not old, your vintage” as a fun gift for a special birthday. The hamper came in a plain box, no “You’re not old…” caption, which rather lost the whole point of choosing that gift. Just a box of cheese

Appalling service, emails not answered, I tried to contact them via social media no luck either. The phone number provided doesn’t work. In 2021 the minimum an online business can do is be on top of their communication with their customers. Never shopping with them again.

I found it very frustrating that I couldn't add a couple of items to my order, I had done this on a previous order. Contact by phone is impossible, my email was misread so I felt very disappointed and my gift was not as I intended. Perhaps items that cannot be added should be marked accordingly. My gift box arrived a day early(ok) but was left under a bush, luckily it was not raining.

Really poor - I ordered a gift and payed extra for next day delivery, which took 3 days. The gift was time-sensitive which was why I paid extra for it to be delivered in time, so when it was delivered the recipient wasn't there anymore. I was refunded postage only, which wasn't appreciated when I had to spend money on buying another gift. If you are offering a service like this, you need to be using reputable couriers, or Royal Mail, not Yodel!

Sorry to say that you didn't deliver my Celebration Cheese cake which was for my daughter's 30th birthday party. You also didn't answer your phone for two days when I was to trying to contact you. Very disappointed and unable to comment on the quality for obvious reasons.

I ordered 7 boxes as individual gifts. All the products arrived in only 4 boxes rather than 7 and were completely mixed up. There were also several substitutes so didn’t feel like I got what I ordered. Would strongly advise to purchase gift boxes elsewhere

Poor and cheap ingredients for the cost of this box, so expensive and the outcome of the cocktail tasted awful!! Very disappointed!!! It Would be cheaper to buy the ingredients for this cocktail from amazon!!!

We placed an order with Borough Box and when I didn't receive the order I sent an email which also was sent to the seller. It transpired that the seller actually canceled their account with BoroughBox and no longer produce the products that were advertised and could not fulfil my order. BoroughBox has not responded nor issued a refund. This is the second time I made a purchase through BoroughBox. The first time all went smoothly but after the current experience I wouldn't purchase from them again.
