We placed an order with Borough Box and when I didn't receive the order I sent an email which also was sent to the seller. It transpired that the seller actually canceled their account with BoroughBox and no longer produce the products that were advertised and could not fulfil my order. BoroughBox has not responded nor issued a refund.
This is the second time I made a purchase through BoroughBox. The first time all went smoothly but after the current experience I wouldn't purchase from them again.
