I found it very frustrating that I couldn't add a couple of items to my order, I had done this on a previous order.
Contact by phone is impossible, my email was misread so I felt very disappointed and my gift was not as I intended.
Perhaps items that cannot be added should be marked accordingly.
My gift box arrived a day early(ok) but was left under a bush, luckily it was not raining.
