Really poor - I ordered a gift and payed extra for next day delivery, which took 3 days. The gift was time-sensitive which was why I paid extra for it to be delivered in time, so when it was delivered the recipient wasn't there anymore.
I was refunded postage only, which wasn't appreciated when I had to spend money on buying another gift.
If you are offering a service like this, you need to be using reputable couriers, or Royal Mail, not Yodel!
