Ordered in time for guaranteed Xmas delivery. Chased up when hadn’t arrived on stated delivery date. Got an email late afternoon 23 Dec saying would not be dispatched until 29 Dec. So had no gifts to give on Xmas day. Still not confident I will receive the order and I will then have to make x 2 hour long journeys to deliver to recipients of my gifts.
Rubbish service left me really fed up and embarrassed.
