“Good communication and efficient service. As I was buying the cheese selection as a gift it would have been useful to have been able to chose a delivery day rather than have it turn up days in advance. The packaging wasn't very discrete as it showed cheeses were inside which spoiled the surprise for the recipient”

“I was so dissapointed my order was wrong and a week to Christmas ! It was part of a gift to my daughter . After a second phone call I spoke to a lovely girl who arranged for the correct order to be delivered and paid to have it delivered quickly it arrived 2 days later . Thank you so much”

“I order a 5L IPA Keg and a 10 pack of biltong from two different companies. This did mean paying from more than one delivery which I wasn't aware of at first but it became obvious as to why pretty quickly. The keg arrived the day after ordering and the biltong after about 5 days so both orders were in the time frame told. Both good quality products”

“Ive been prompted for this eeview but I bought it as a Christmas present for my (son whose birthday it is) and as it hasn't happened yet I can't say. However his fiancée assures me that it has arrived so we shall see. The ad looked positively scrumptious!”

“Delivery took a little longer than expected (probably royal mail's fault!) but when I contacted Fodabox about it they offered to send a replacement straight away by next day delivery. Great customer service.”
