“Quite happy. I bought two gift boxes for work colleagues, as Christmas gifts. Ordered on 14th dec for delivery between 18th and 21st dec. I got worried as I heard nothing until the 21st which was when they were dispatched! Luckily delivery was very good and only took a day. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year, but some reassurance or updates would have been comforting! Got there though and everyone was happy! Thank you”

“Goods are great but my order was not posted on time! If I hadn’t contacted them it probably would not have arrived at all. I would advise not giving them a date to post in the future. I received a shipping cost refund and an apology after I complained not great customer service”

“Food all boxed and labelled well. Plan was easy to follow and all went well except for the roast potatoes which didn’t cook properly and were still hard. Was still a Christmassy dinner for recipients who weren’t able to join family due to illness. Would we use again - yes! Thanks”

“Very tasty meal which took only a little preparation. Good instructions included. As it was a Christmas dinner for 2, I was disappointed that no pigs in blankets or stuffing included and, other than masses of red cabbage and plenty of cauliflower cheese, I'm not sure it would have been enough to feed two adults. But that said, extremely tasty with a great quality to it. Good value for money when considering packaging, quality and well thought out instructions. Many thanks.”
