“Super range of products and mystery boxes are worth trying , problems with order are sorted out , but last 2 orders did need resolving and they were sorted but a little more attention to picking orders needed”

“I really like the service and I always loved the BoroughBox branding. This new Foda Box name is quite off-putting. It just feels like a made up name with zero connection to anything. Branding and image is important with this type of gifting product and the old branding was part of the appeal. I'm not sure that I'll use them again to be perfectly honest.”

“I have used Borough Box a few times now and the products are always high quality and well packaged. It’s a good way to support support small businesses too. The only down side is that because they use many different suppliers, you can pay postage on each item in your order and this can add up to quite a bit on multiple orders. Having said that I will definitely use Borough Box again in the future.”

“Despite the problems with delivery of my order, Fodabox were very helpful in trying to get it sorted, but because of time constraints on my part, this was not possible and within a very short time I received a full refund. This disappointment will not stop me contactingg Fodabox again. Best wishes”

“Great gift for my dad for Christmas! He is sure to love all of the products. Little bit disappointed by the packaging as - a branded cardboard box. I'm now probably going to re package it to make it look nicer. If I had known it was a cardboard box I would have gone for the magnet one. All in all though very pleased with the content and would definitely order again”

“This was my first order and a gift for my nephew. There was a problem with delivery which was not Fodabox's fault but they still followed it up and even compensated me for the delivery charge. Very impressed with the customer service and I'm told the product was pretty tasty too!”

“I really like all the products but I have a few issues. The website is not easy to use and I found it difficult to find certain products. I am also not at all happy with the delivery charge. I was charged delivery from all the different suppliers when I thought everything was coming from Fodabox. I was charged just over £16 which is absolutely outrageous when all the items are so light. You have become like Amazon. I don’t think I will be ordering from you again.”

“Hamper box purchased as a birthday gift, it was well packaged, the trunk it was presented in was really nice and the products were good quality. Slight delay with delivery but all issues were dealt with swiftly. Will be buying again!”

“The box of 3 different gluten free bread mixes was promptly delivered with a note to say there was one more mix to come. They came as a cardboard box tied with string so that will be recyclable. Great present for a Baker who is gluten free although the flavours looked so tasty I did consider keeping the box for myself and buying them something less interesting instead. Very pleased with my purchase and hope I get invited round...”
