“The box I ordered is a gift that will be delivered later this month, but so far my experience of Fodabox is good. All I would say is that I found the website because my google search threw up borough box as the company name and that was what made me choose it. Good luck with the brand change…”

“My friend loved her Gin related box - it was well packaged and included a variety of items. I am not sure about the change of name though - surely Borough is more recognisable and looks better on the 'hamper' box that everything is delivered in ?”

Foda is the old English word for food, so very fitting for us to use as part of our rebrand to FodaBox. Many years ago we began life on Borough High Street in London, and our name BoroughBox fitted neatly. However, we don't want anyone thinking we're only a business primarily serving the capital. Nothing could be further from the truth and we're super excited to have morphed into FodaBox. The great news is that we're the same passionate team, working tirelessly around the clock to make sure that the very best in independent food and drink is delivered to your doors up and down the country. “I love the contents and these boxes make great gifts. I was though disappointed by the 'Next day delivery' option which actually turned up six days after I had ordered it. When I contacted customer services to ask where the package was they didn't seem bothered by this in the slightest, no apology, they just explained that next day doesn't actually mean next day, I'm still confused. I will buy again (sans next day delivery option) but I hope their customer services up their game as I feel they let the brand down, I would expect better.”
