“Paid through PayPal, which changed the delivery address. It was a gift for a friend which ended up at my address. Sorted quickly, but it PayPal is an option please sort so doesn’t happen to others. Very pleased with box and contents!”

“Most products that I've ordered were amazing! There was just one product from a particular seller that had an "old" taste. Another downside is the amount of packaging used -- luckily it was all recyclable. Other than that, no bad comments. Will definitely order again!”

“I ordered the wine for my daughter and son-in-law in London for their 16th wedding anniversary. The wine and truffles arrived but my message to them was not in the package. She rung me in New Zealand to see if I sent it. Please in future make sure the message is in the package. Thank you Glenda Leach”

“Great products at reasonable prices; The goods are presented nicely. The only fly in the ointment so to speak is the delivery costs...if the goods you have chosen are from different sellers you are charged for delivery from each of them.”

Thanks for your review Tracy. Shipping costs from multiple sellers is one of the difficulties we have as a marketplace - we do have two solutions on this to help 1) our collection is getting bigger and bigger, it contains gifts as well as food and drink items, all for one shipping cost and 2) we are now offering free shipping on any orders over £50 - no matter how many sellers you buy from.

“Hi the products were good and my friend loved it, however my note / card to go with the parcel wasn’t attached. So my friend had no idea who or why she was being sent the parcel! Kinda spoilt the surprise to be honest”

“Great personalised product. For 5 stars, I would have loved an email to confirm delivery had taken place as our item was signed for by hotel concierge and subsequently forgotten about, resulting in a wild goose chase to find it 5 days after it’s original delivery date.”

“I was fortunate to win a gift voucher to shop with Borough Box. My biggest problem was that I was spoilt for choice - there was so much to choose from that I was like the proverbial 'kid in a sweet shop'! My only disappointment was a keg of beer being sent as one of the mystery boxes I chose although my husband was understandably pleased!! Everything else looks great and I'm enjoying trying new things. Best item - dark chocolate with coffee, yummy.”

“While the order was a bit problematic I have to say that both BoroughBox and Lynn Bank Farm went out of their way to address a couple of minor problems with the order. I mucked up the instructions on how to include a gift message (make sure you click on "save message" once you've written your message(!) and a very patient customer services staff member explained to me where I had gone wrong. There was a bit of a problem with the order itself which was quickly and saisfactorily rectified by Lynn Bank Farm. All in all things worked out very well. I'll shop here again. Thank you to both BoroughBox and Lynn Bank Farm for being responsive and helpful.”

“Bought this for Father’s Day and my dad loved it. Great selection of snacks and beers. Only thing he said he wasn’t that keen on was the chicken skin snack (similar to pork scratchings). But each to their own I suppose. Ultimately he really liked it and it all arrived quickly. A great present.”
