“I was searching for a small food and drink hamper to send to colleagues to consume during a team virtual event, there wasn't much option if you wanted a selection with nice presentation and BoroughBox ticked all that I needed. As I ordered a bulk order I emailed customer services rather than placing 60+ individual orders on the website. The representative I dealt with was quick to respond and helpful. However, I encountered a couple of problems with the deliveries. Certain hampers were missing several items but the representative quickly rectified the issue and the additional items were quickly received. The second problem was a gluten free recipient received an item in her box, which was a substitute due to her gluten intolerance, but the substitute item was not gluten free. Again I reached out the representative who has taken all details to ensure this doesn't happen again to another customer. Despite the issues I would still order again as they were quick to fix any problems.”

“My son was delighted with his gift! I was a wee bit disappointed that despite loads of notice and being required to specify a delivery date, it arrived nowhere near his birthday. However I appreciate how difficult these things are at the moment and all in all was very happy with service.”

“Pleased with my shopping experience. Bought two separate gifts and was able to send them to two different addresses, which was great, especially in lockdown. I only received an email confirmation from one of the deliveries, although both arrived safely and on the promised date. And the recipients loved their gifts! Would definitely recommend.”
