“I ordered some pies for delivery to another address. The courier did not attempt to inform the recipient ( or me ) that the pies were enroute. The courier did not use the doorbell so the recipient who was at home missed the delivery. Delivery was re arranged for the next day and the recipient sat in the hall and waited for the courier, who again did not use the doorbell. Fortunately the company supplying the pies had packaged them well and they were still cold. Most of the pies were frozen by the recipient but one he has eaten was reported as being very good, a mild cheese mixture with an unusual pastry. Pies good. Courier stupid.”

“I sent this as a gift to my mother, unfortunately when it arrived, she had no idea who it was from, as the the gift message I had written had not been placed in the box!! Also, there were quite a lot of substitutions, from what I had originally seen on the website. However, she really enjoyed the quality of the goods.”

“Superb product. Customer service is excellent. Fast delivery - next day. All these are 5 Star. However, be very aware of the ordering online. The system is very challenging to use successfully with addresses if you are sending to someone other than yourself. When the online ordering is debugged, I will definitely be using them again.”

“I placed 2 orders with BB in early December for delivery Dec 21. One was delivered on time and the recipients were delighted. Delivery of the other was delayed by over 3 weeks - we had made an error in one digit of the postcode! The remainder of the address was correct. Arranging correction of the postcode error proved a tortuous process and not greatly assisted by either your or the carriers (Yodel) support services. The quality of this second product was excellent....”

“As previous recipients of a wine box from yourselves choose these a gift for my family however the late delivery kinda spoiled that a bit although the product is very good. We were offered a refund on delivery due to the chance of late delivery but did not take it up. Do think that a pre Christmas order not delivered until 6th January is quite poor.”
