bacon was very tasty, although it was a bit too salty for me. however, my son loved it so no complaints there. do you do this bacon unsmoked?

Sent to my daughter for her birthday, but it arrived a day late and didn’t fit into her letter box. She said the wine was delicious.

Good selection of food/drink. Was shipped by required time even with Covid complications. Would be nice to be able to give feedback after each box to possibly tailor the next selection a little but understand this would complicate the process

It was what our grandson wanted for Christmas. I was not sure where the parcel was coming from the UK and whether it would arrive intime although it was ordered several weeks in advance.

I placed 2 orders with BB in early December for delivery Dec 21. One was delivered on time and the recipients were delighted. Delivery of the other was delayed by over 3 weeks - we had made an error in one digit of the postcode! The remainder of the address was correct. Arranging correction of the postcode error proved a tortuous process and not greatly assisted by either your or the carriers (Yodel) support services. The quality of this second product was excellent....

As previous recipients of a wine box from yourselves choose these a gift for my family however the late delivery kinda spoiled that a bit although the product is very good. We were offered a refund on delivery due to the chance of late delivery but did not take it up. Do think that a pre Christmas order not delivered until 6th January is quite poor.

One order not delivered but after some emails a refund given. Very pleased. Second order to a different address delivered on time and recipient pleased with contents of box

Thank you, took longer than had hoped to arrive but understand the challenges especially before Christmas. Box would have been improved with a little something linking the product to the picture online....or tone down the picture online maybe. But thanks, not tasted any yet!

Badly let down in that the goods were not delivered for Christmas or even the New Year, contact was not possible as the phone lines referred one to the web and emails only got a standard automated reply which was never followed up However when I eventually got an email giving details of the courier, from this I spoke to a representative of Borough who was very helpful and returned my money straight away, and made sure the goods were not delivered Despite my unfortunate problems the gentleman I spoke to did inspire me to give a better rating because I accept that it was not entirely their fault and I will consider trading again

Great product. Received on 24th December, just in time for Christmas. Owing to the Covid situation and the Christmas period couriers were working overtime to deliver products. As a consequence I was kept updated with progress.

The ordering and the delivery were easy and arrived as said. The spices were a Christmas present for my son in law and have not yet been given as ´sadly’ the Christmas celebrations planned in Dorset had to be cancelled because of London in Tier 4. I am sending them by post today! You might get 5 stars when l hear from him !

While a little pricey, these saucisson from the French Comte are delicious and were part of a Christmas treat. Delivery was excellent, they came well packaged and in good time, despite postal disruptions. Only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to receiving two of the same type saucisson, rather than two different types that I ordered. Luckily, the one we received is the recipient’s favourite!

I didn't see the product, as i had ordered 4 x gifts for employees. But they seemed to enjoy the hampers, so I have nothing to add to that. But delivery needs looking at. I got an acknowledgement when I placed the order, and then a few days later another email came in saying how busy y'all are, but nonetheless still hoping to get everything out before Xmas. Not exactly encouraging, given I'd ordered in good time. Then came a flurry of emails from your delivery company, NONE of which were linked to what I'd ordered. Surely they could have included some basic details like an order number. Luckily, everything was delivered in time, but I was left marginally anxious until such point as all boxes were delivered. Amazon is the gold standard when it comes to this sort of thing, but many of us want to shop local and support local businesses. Please make it easier for us.
