“I wanted to support small and local - the box was a well received present. I was however disappointed in delivery being 3 days late as specified delivery date and didn’t receive any notification that this wouldn’t be met. Difficult times I know but .....”

“The package arrived quite quick (it was a bit late because of covid affecting the postal service) but one of the products (of three) was wrong. The team were very good at sending out the right product to me and even let me keep the other one (that was sent out instead of the right one). Overall they were very friendly and very quick at replying and posting.”

“Very bespoke hampers, good value for money. Delivery was later than expected but given the circumstances I can understand the additional pressures that business are under. Yodels confirmation emails leave a lot to be desired, it would be useful if they put the delivery address on or order information on the confirmation. I will use again.”

“I bought the advent calendar box of food (£120?) for my mum. Unfortunately it was not clear that it was an advent calendar so when she opened up the packaging she dismantled the calendar too. She said it was hard to get the box within the box out and there was nothing to indicate it was an advent calendar. All the food goodies are lovely, however. She just got them all at once instead of spread over 24 days!”

“All of the products received were of good quality and taste - but VERY expensive! I found that similar items available from Cote at Home were much better value for money, and had just as much excitement and surprise value. So I would say that BB is for corporate accounts only - if you're spending your own money better value can be sourced elsewhere.”

“The products were great and warmly received although there were some glitches with delivery. My main criticism would be that as the corporate section was shut the only way I could do multiple orders was by goin through the system for each individual order. Quite time consuming for twelve plus deliveries”

“The box itself was great! Nice snacks and drinks. But they use Yodel as a courier who are terrible compared to other suppliers. To their defence, most of the boxes came on time as requested but I had to order 11 difference boxes separately in individual orders going to different places. Yodel's tracking system is useless as I couldn't track which boxes were going where so didn't know which one had issues in the end. Who doesn't give the delivery address on the tracking page.”

“The only reason I haven't given this a 5 star is that it was a gift for Xmas and I will not be there when it is opened so cannot vouch for the quality of the ingredients, but in all other respects, ease of ordering and delivery have been very professional.”
