“All as described, a nice small different present, speedy delivery”

“I ordered some gluten free vegan assorted cakes as a surprise gift to give comfort in difficult times. It was very well received and described as ‘a parcel full of nice looking cakes’ and later as ‘yummy’ As it was a surprise random gift it didn’t matter that the order was delayed due to extra demand. Communication re this was good.”

“Recently bought three BBS . Two were in very nice wooden boxes but the third was in a poor cardboard box which was unexpected and doesn’t make for a top gift.”

“This was a gift and delivered straight to the recipient so I never actually got to see it properly. Borough box were very easy to deal with, I was also given updates on delivery AND the chance to not only choose the delivery date but also to change it to the following day at short notice (this was perfect as I realised at short notice they may not be in). My only comment is that it would be nice to see a picture of it packed when you choose the standard packaging (and not the upgrade fancy wooden box). Other than that - this was a great gift idea and I will use them again.”

“Excellent service and gd price..bought the gordal olives 15 tins and shared with my sister who also loves them.one negative criticism is the amount of horrid black weird shredded paper packaging and all excess cardboard..”

“Gin tasting box was really good but problem was that a few of us bought to do a group virtual tasting and boxes were not consistent. That would’ve been okay had we known likelihood in advance”

“Extremely pleased with the bottle of whisky purchased, solid packaging, arrived a little later than anticipated, but this was due to the unusual circumstances we find ourselves in. Once I contacted BoroughBox with my enquiry, the enquiry was dealt with efficiently, and quickly, and I was kept fully advised of the delivery. Can recommend using this site.”

“Ordered a box of a variety of milk chocolates supplied by Artchocolat for my speaker guest. The guest told me it was too beautiful to eat but she managed. They tasted so good and loved them all. With 13 flavours to choose from you won't be able to resist it. Highly recommended for special occasions.”
