The gift was well presented and of good quality when it arrived. The delivery was well outside the suggested timescale at the point of ordering but customer service did reply to my email queries within 48 hours. I am sure that at Christmas in a pandemic they were dealing with unprecedented demands, so all in all I was pleased with the product and the service in the end.
