“Loved the idea and the recipient loved the pressie and the quirkiness of wine coming through the letterbox! Great that you have next day delivery too as great for those last minute needs. Only downside is that I feel with delivery, the cost is a little high.”

“The recipient was delighted withe contents - the only quibble I have was the difficulty of trying to get it to arrive on the actual birthday. This was a Monday and that may have been the problem but the web proforma and options didn't seem to provide a way round that. I tried to phone and left a message somewhere but to no avail. Anyway - the wine and cheese will have gone by now and hopefully much enjoyed! Many thanks Rob Cowie”

Hi Luke, thanks for the feedback. I can see that your order was delivered in time according to our delivery timeframes specified on the website when you placed your order. Also I can't find any email correspondence from you. Could you please let me know when you tried emailing us?

“Order came in 3 boxes, delivery was quite quick. Duck fritons are so good. Not tried the chocolate orange marmalade as that's a gift. The cannoli were a bit damaged from getting knocked about during transit and the filling was very very sugary, not sure if I'd purchase those again! Would definitely use BoroughBox again as there's a wide selection of things to explore”

“The only reason for not giving 5 starts is that I had a couple of issues with my order. I made an order of 4 x Craft Beer Grand Tour boxes and upgraded them to include the Bar Snacks. The order was to be delivered to 3 different addresses. One order arrived correctly with both the beer and snacks, however, the other 2 orders both had boxes with the snacks missing. I contacted the Customer Support and they did a great job at correcting the issue by sending the snacks out to one address and by way of a good will gesture, they posted out 2 complete new boxes with both the beers and snacks! This is fantastic customer service, but it was just a little disappointing that they didn't get the order correct the first time round. This is the reason for dropping one star on their review. The beers and snacks themselves were absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them.”

“I ordered the gift box of cheeses and added a selection of prosciutto as a birthday gift for my brother, so I don't know how it all looked. The only thing was, I'd specified 24th April for delivery so that my brother would be at home to receive it, and it has arrived a day early, while he was out at work.”
