Badly let down in that the goods were not delivered for Christmas or even the New Year, contact was not possible as the phone lines referred one to the web and emails only got a standard automated reply which was never followed up
However when I eventually got an email giving details of the courier, from this I spoke to a representative of Borough who was very helpful and returned my money straight away, and made sure the goods were not delivered
Despite my unfortunate problems the gentleman I spoke to did inspire me to give a better rating because I accept that it was not entirely their fault and I will consider trading again
