“My order was delived to the recipient without the gift box, which was why I chose this product over some other competitors. I complained, support told me they would arrnage to have the gift box sent out... Imagine. Either way, this has not been done. And I have essentially paid for something not received.”

“Great prices for what you get, my dad is a typical British so loves his Beer and Snacks. I think the website and order placing was easy and delivery was so fast! Delivery cost is fair. The only thing I'd love is if we had a MYOB (Make your own box) edition, I was actually going for one of your Premium boxes but my dad cannot handle spice and does not like olives, so that actually ended up pushing me towards your non-premium box.”

“They could have got 5 stars but 2 stars as apparently my gift was just left at the door step without no sender information despite the fact that I had automated a text message to be pushed at the time of delivery like the company had promised to do.”

“I am leaving a 4 star because the delivery was made earlier than I requested during the purchase. Also, the note I asked to be written alongside the package wasn't delivered. Overall experience was still great. I'll come back”

“Wasn't so keen of website as i seemed to inadvertently place an order before I was ready and hadn't managed to set required date or leave message for recipients so was understandably frustrated and irritated by the experience. However I emailed my concern immediately and received a prompt response and the order was amended appropriately. As a result my gift was delivered on the correct date and my family were delighted with their gift, so I can only thank you very much!”

“Very simple and straightforward. I ordered this box quite late in December for a friend who has recently been diagnosed as lactose and gluten intolerant. Everything was ordered quickly with a lively variety of goodies. Delivery was so fast and my friend is delighted. Thank you FodaBox.”
