Quality of the food was generally ok but the management of the delivery process, covid-notwithstanding, and related communication was very poor. We ordered 100+ hampers for a corporate event and many did not arrive for the event with no prior communication. The issue was not with the courier as the hampers were not handed over to the courier for delivery. I can't imagine we would take the risk and order with BoroughBox in the future.
