I ordered 2 gift boxes but only 1 arrived. After emailing the customer service centre I finally received a response after about a week apologising for the error with an offer to send out the 2nd box. I agreed on the assumption the 2nd box would arrive before Christmas as it was purchased as a gift. Sadly, it has not arrived and I am just off to brave the busy high streets to buy a replacement present. Not a good experience!!!
