I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and still I did not receive my parcel. I tried to contact them via email and phone to rearrange my order, but no one has ever answered. I understand it is Christmas time, and this year this is happening in a very special circumstances. But I have ordered my product long before Christmas. Also I would have accepted the delay if anyone from the team let me know when approximately I would expect the parcel to be delivered.
