You need to open your lines of communication!....very poor customer service.Sending out an automatic response email isn't as you claim 'always here to help'.Over 3 weeks for delivery and because I heard nothing until Christmas Eve I had to go and buy extra presents in case yours didn't get here.....as yet 10.20 am it still hasn't.
