The irony of sending a review email when I’ve not received my order is the only positive to this.
Ordered on the 7th December, I had a dispatch notification on 14th but the tracking with Yodel says they are still waiting to receive from yourselves.
The fact you closed your phone lines shows you’ve not dealt with this well, you should’ve halted orders and sorted the backlog.
