AWEFUL SERVICE
Ordered on 12th December, still not arrived- it was a gift for Xmas. Have e mailed to complain- no response to that either! Had an e mail TWO days before Xmas saying they couldn't deliver on time- leaving me NO CHANCE to make other arrangements !
I ordered 5 different wine gifts for friends on the same day- the other four arrived in good time for Christmas- but not Borough Box. Dreadful service, no chance of me using them again
