I haven’t received such poor customer care or service as BoroughBox has given me. An order placed 9/12 for Christmas present still has not arrived at New Year. No one available to speak to, emails answered several days after my initial chase up. Am considering legal action.
I am guessing you won’t be putting these comments on your media but you are welcome to give it to your legal team.
