Terrible service- ordered on 12th December. No sign of parcel by the 29th of December even though I received an email informing me that it would be delivered by parcel force on the 29th. After contacting them again, was told that the parcel might be delivered by the end of week beginning 4th January. Asked for a refund instead. Currently awaiting the money to be refunded to my bank. Really disappointing service.
