I had enquired originally about organising a bulk order for my team before Christmas but due to the high demand was told i would have order separately for each of my colleagues. I had sent some some follow up queries to your team regarding the order but have not received any responses still!
i ended up placing 26 individual orders for my team although a number of the boxes only just arrived. Again I know this due to high volumes of deliveries etc but i would have expected better customer service / notification and perhaps even discount given I have spent £650 with you in the last couple of weeks!
