Unfortunately I don’t have the order, parcelforce confirmed they would deliver on Christmas Eve and nothing had turned up, on new year! I even ordered a number of weeks before xmas! Have emailed the support team twice but no replies.
Otherwise I’ve had good experiences with borough box, but definitely not this time!
