Ordered on 10th Dec only delivered yesterday the 29th! Your website offers no help/replies to queries, standard response is that you are busy! This is not a customer problem, I was left with a very disappointed daughter and family and could not offer any meaningful explanation as to why parcel was late and where it actually was. I wanted to cancel the order but there was no option to do this. So the whole process of doing something lovely for my family after an horrendous year was a complete let down!!
