Despite ordering a gift hamper well in advance of Christmas, it never arrived. No communication, rang 3 times but couldn’t speak to anyone. Emailed 3 times and just got automatic responses. The Yodel tracker wasn’t working either. Finally managed to speak to someone 12 days AFTER delivery date when I didn’t follow the automated instructions and eventually got a full refund. Needless to say, your systems and processes are clearly not robust. Everyone is understanding this year due to the pandemic but with zero communication was frustrating and not acceptable. You should have closed your orders down if you were overwhelmed.
