Still haven’t received item ordered more than 20 days ago. Was not given clear indication that my package wouldn’t be arriving anywhere near Christmas. Tried contacting customer support and didn’t receive a reply. Sent a tracking link but the package wasn’t delivered to the courier.
I appreciate you are an independent business operating in a testing environment but given that I placed an order weeks before Christmas, I’d expect to be clearly told in advance of my order wasn’t due to arrive before the holiday so that I could make other plans. Your attempts to minimise that communication by saying things ‘may not arrive until a little after Christmas’ didn’t reflect reality and didn’t account for letting down customers.
I’ve asked for a refund for shipping and the item that still hasn’t been sent and I expect this request to be followed up with in a timely manner.
