Not at all happy. The gift box I ordered from Waitrose to be delivered has not turned up. The delivery address was to Mrs. R. Mackenzie, Stonecutters Cottage, 50 High Street, Shrivenham, Wiltshire, SN6 8AA - the house next to the chemist. Please deliver as soon as possible and confirm delivery.
