The hampers I had ordered for Christmas presents took over three weeks to arrive, finally getting to me just before new year! having sent multiple emails and messages to the company and even offering an alternative solution for myself (I would have happily paid for a private courier) they did not and still haven't responded to a single message. The presents are now a total waste of time. I'm aware that Covid has affected a lot of deliveries, but to be three weeks behind and not contact customers isn't good enough. I would have cancelled and bought something else if I could have.
