The item I ordered as a Christmas gift on 12th December has still not been delivered, despite being told that although delivery would be delayed by the inevitable Christmas rush, it would be delivered by 29th December.
I have had no further communication from Boroughbox and only found out that the item hadn't arrived when I spoke to the intended recipient of the gift.
