My review does not concern the quality of your product but reflects my severe disappointment that you took my order for hampers on 9th December - you informed me that they had shipped on 19th although Yodel could not confirm that they had received them. Your communication was extremely poor and my order finally arrived on 31st.
I realise that you had problems but am very unimpressed by the way you dealt with them
