I read the message on the website telling us delivery was delayed due to COVID -19 and they were not delivering the usual next day. I placed an order on the 8th December and it allowed me to choose a delivery date of the 14th December. This was perfect as the event my delivery was for was on the 21st December. Nothing arrived on the 14th December and I then got stuck in an endless loop of Borough Box telling me they had been dispatched to the courier and the courier telling me they had not received the parcels. This went on for days and was very frustrating. The only thing that Borough Box did well was refund me when I eventually got fed of this round and round!
