This order was placed by my company to thank one of our major clients and was due for delivery 15th December. I could not obtain updates, as the phone lines were closed, e-mails were responded by an out of office with "we are very busy". On the 22nd I was told it was despatched. It wasn't, the courier said they had not been given the delivery, so the tracking number was invalid. When I eventually got someone to answer my e-mail, all I asked is that it would be delivered by noon on the 24th, as the client s offices closed then. It wasp put out for anytime and an attempted delivery was made at 15:00. Surprisingly there was no one there to receive it, so was a waste of £200.
