Checked 29/12 product out of stock reiterated cancellation sent email same day - no response
WFH - yes most of are but we are making responses to customers as we realise how important communication! One gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited on confirmation of cancellation!
Just had comms from yodel saying a parcel is being delivered to work address - presumably this is a delivery of out of season tat! Which was cancelled!
Reminder to self after disappointing experience and lack of customer service I will take my custom elsewhere, like farmison who offered a superlative service and quality
