Ordered 9/12 two gift boxes for Xmas. Arrived 5/1. Missing 1/3 of the items from one of the boxes as they both came mixed up in cardboard boxes not the promised gift pine ones. Complained no answer. No refund or no missing items sent.
Very disappointing.
