Ordered a martini cocktail box as a present. It arrived with the sugar
syrup bottle broken and it had ruined everything else in the box. Very disappointed as when so many things are now ordered online, including fragile items, this wasn't wrapped properly. They did apologise and sent out a replacement sugar syrup but the fact is, that it had ruined a surprise birthday gift.
