The tin arrived dented and many of the crisps were broken into small pieces.
Not good, but when I told Lisa at Borough about it she couldn't have been more helpful and sent me a replacement tin.
It's not making mistakes that matters (so much) it's how you deal with it. Borough have their heart in the right place.
