Product sent to billing address and not delivery address despite my contacting to inform it was incorrect on the order form. You did try to sort but it seems your supplier stating they weren’t informed. I could see from your email that you did inform your supplier. It took many emails to sort. All that was needed from your supplier (Planet doughnut) was to simply apologise and just send out a replacement instead of trying to pass the buck. The consequences are I probably won’t use again.
