The items were well packaged and the pine box I ordered as an extra made the whole thing into a really nice present for my son.
Unfortunately 2 items were missing from the order but upon contacting BoroughBox this was dealt with immediately with apologies and shipment of the goods which arrived the next day as promised.
I always judge a company by the way they deal with any problems which arise and shall certainly be dealing with you again.
