Unfortunately I had a number of existing staff and they ended up having to do the course twice because I had only refreshed their learner accounts as I wasn't aware I needed to completely renew them. It has cost twice as much because I had to pay some people twice - not great. your IT chap was a great help and rectified before it affected everyone.
