the course was utterly pointless, it was entirely focused on regulation and legal liability issues for companies and there was not a jot of common sense being taught. what needed to be known could have been ondensed down into a much sorter course in which t hey key points were reitterated so the trainees could learn through repatition. as it was it felt like a manotinus waste of half of a day of my life and im disgusted that i was forced to go through this humiliation just because three is a regulatory beurocratic stranglhold on the throat of the british food industry.
