I am unsatisfied because they suppose to deliver my shoes and I paid for it. They had not update me for more than a week and I decided to message the costumer service. To my surprise, they cancelled my order for the reason of stock availability. I was wondering because in the first place I won the shoes so I concluded that I have my pair reserved and they didn’t update me unless I ask them. I think they sold my pair to other costumers “unofficially” to earn more money. This is unfair, I am very dissappointed.
