“I placed two orders and did not receive the items. One of the packages was destroyed and taped back closed. Upon opening the box the item was missing. The second order the package was not even properly close and the item had been open and my ordered item was replaced with a used pair of shoes. The whole process has been a mess. I reached out to them for help and they refused to help through email and asked for a call. I attempted to call but since I am in the united states either i cant get connected and each attempt gets be charged for international call. It’s upsetting that they do not even make the minimal effort to help out with the situation. I understand that they sent the item but their shipping services stole the items and provide no help. I would never recommend them specially to international buyers.
Update: they asked for me to contact them again through their customer care and I did only to be told they can not do anything and keep asking to call and at this point wasting money on international calls. They only reply to make it seem like they help but they do not!!! They have the worst customer service and don’t try to help or understand the situation. Now I’ve los the money from the order, did not get the product and spent more money on international calls to not get any help. Worst company ever!!! Do not buy because they do not help customers and pretend that they do!!”

Did not receive any product and could not make any contact with Footpatrol.
Last March I ordered shoes from this company. I have not heard anything about my order despite my multiple attempts to contact Footpatrol.
So I paid €180 for nothing.
I would advise everyone not to order from this company.”

Called customer service and unable to exchange them
Instead was told I have to request a refund and re-purchase the brown ones again
The refund portal doesn't offer to refund the £4.99 postage I paid (despite the reason for return being their error), so I called again and was told to email them a photo of the trainers - let's see how that goes
If I make a new order, then I won't be a new customer any more and so no 10% discount. I was told I could ring them up afterwards and they would do something, but this just seems like more admin when in theory they could've simply given me a fresh code to use.
All in all it seems like a lot of effort and trust required on my side, when they could have much more customer-focused processes in place

“I bought a sneaker 1 month ago. It was written that the sneaker was dispatched. It has still not arrived. I wrote to Footpatrol about where the sneaker is. They wrote that something went wrong, they couldn't send the sneaker. Of course they ran out of stock. For example, if a bank uses my money, then at least my money earns interest. Footpatrol offered free shipping on my next purchase. If I can pay £190 then I don't think paying for shipping will be a problem. It's a very humiliating situation that they think I can't pay the shipping fee. They also wrote that their ordering system is inadequate because they cannot track whether the goods actually arrive at the customer. It is not my responsibility that there is a problem with their system!!! My biggest problem is that Footpatrol used my money for free!!! And if I didn't write to them, they wouldn't have even noticed that they didn't send me anything!!!”
“Ordered a pair of trainers online on 27th May, no order number returned, no email acknowledgment etc. Contacted them today (10 days later) and in the phone call I was told I’ll receive a confirmation email when despatched, to we have a photo showing delivery on Thursday 1st June (impossible as I was at work), to sorry it’s classed as a ghost order as nothing has been done to process the order! Then had the audacity to ask if I’d complete a customer service survey. Politely declined!”

Received email plus next one following morning saying order despatched to me. Spoke to several employees at locations of theirs that I wont mention out of care.. but the general opinion of their own staff, is this problem is constant and they are inundated with similar calls.
The poor customer care team have little to offer than the truth.. we, the customer are 100% right.. and that it's their website not updating that causes the issue.
So.. hopefully I get the refund.. but for a company that is owned by JD SPORTS .. you would kinda hope theyd have enough respect for their customers that theyd throw the money at the website to get the issue resolved.
The guys I spoke to literally said this is a constant.. website takesyour Payment for shoes that arent even in stock .. multiple calls, daily from guys like me.. and hopefully not you.. who put faith in the info were told on apparently legitimate trustworthy online shop websites.

“Poor customer service/interaction. I purchased a pair of Nike Huarache's back in early August as a birthday gift for my partner, we were disheartened to find out that they sent the wrong size.
It was unfortunate because I had these delivered to France and due to international orders, Foot Patrol doesn't have an option to exchange. We sent the item back to their warehouse in UK and it has been 2 months since - no confirmation of receipt nor information that a refund was being processed.
FYI - the returned item has been received at their warehouse/return address, as we had to spend money to return the trainers back via special delivery with tracking included.”
