Poor customer service/interaction. I purchased a pair of Nike Huarache's back in early August as a birthday gift for my partner, we were disheartened to find out that they sent the wrong size. It was unfortunate because I had these delivered to France and due to international orders, Foot Patrol doesn't have an option to exchange. We sent the item back to their warehouse in UK and it has been 2 months since - no confirmation of receipt nor information that a refund was being processed. FYI - the returned item has been received at their warehouse/return address, as we had to spend money to return the trainers back via special delivery with tracking included.
