Ordered a pair of trainers online on 27th May, no order number returned, no email acknowledgment etc. Contacted them today (10 days later) and in the phone call I was told I’ll receive a confirmation email when despatched, to we have a photo showing delivery on Thursday 1st June (impossible as I was at work), to sorry it’s classed as a ghost order as nothing has been done to process the order! Then had the audacity to ask if I’d complete a customer service survey. Politely declined!
