Absolutely appalling, won pair of shoes 14days ago, messaged them several times on Twitter, email Facebook no replies for 7 days, were very quick to take money. Finally got a reply saying they’ve cancelled my order due to shoes going missing however they have now Been able to source another pair which they’ll post soon. Been waiting another 7days since no postal info, no email. Worst customer service. Never again
